Our organization is non-profit with the mission of managing social interest housing.
Who are we?
Since our beginning, at the Pro Vivienda Villa Luisa Foundation we promote social development programs by providing support and management for the construction of social interest housing for socioeconomic strata 1 and 2, inspired by associative, equitable, and community-based work. We seek to connect homeownership, employment, and education for our members, aiming to move from individual action to collective action, pursuing project management that generates social well-being for our members.
Mission
To manage and support the construction of social interest housing in the region for organized groups of people from socioeconomic strata 1 and 2, through community-based, associative, and equitable work, seeking to connect social well-being and a good quality of life for its members through homeownership, employment, and education as an integral and sustainable component.
Vision
By the year 2030, the Pro Vivienda Villa Luisa Foundation will be recognized in the region as an organization that supports and manages the construction of social interest housing for socioeconomic strata 1 and 2, inspired by associative, equitable, and community-based work. Seeking to connect homeownership, employment, and education for its members.

We are a group that works honestly and in a coordinated manner, seeking visibility for all our actions, building trust among our members through accountability of our financial statements and the exchange of information among all our members, with the presentation of weekly pre-reports and the submission of the monthly report to the general assembly.

We join efforts to achieve the components of Housing, Employment, and Education with the goal of eradicating poverty and improving the quality of life of its members, focused on associative, equitable, and community-based work that enables the creation of different effective forms of work.
