Invitation October 2022

During this October community workday, the Portales de Villa Luisa families worked together in unity and in an associative way, harvesting coffee and collecting 1,200 kilos of coffee cherries with 80 members.

We also enjoyed the wonderful project that the Portales families had started in previous days: the “Kiosk”, a place for gathering, recreation, and meetings that will allow us to be much more comfortable. Having this space will make our lunches and meetings much more enjoyable.

In addition, we saw the great work tool known as the “Oruga” in operation. It will help us transport coffee and plantains from the harvest area to the processing station on the farm. Comfort, agility, and peace of mind will be provided by this wonderful work tool.

And as if that weren’t enough, we saw firsthand the positive progress being made on the construction of the paths where the Oruga will pass.
