Behind every cup of Ecoluisa Coffee, “the housing coffee”, beats the heart and effort of 200 farming families who make up our Villa Luisa Pro-Housing Foundation. Every bean harvested and roasted brings us one step closer to the consolidation of our great housing project: “Portales de Villa Luisa”, transforming the fruit of the earth into a decent roof and a better future for our community.
Because the world of coffee evolves, we do too. With the valuable and constant support of the Government of Risaralda and its Secretariat of Agricultural Development, we immerse ourselves in learning and innovation. In this video, we share our experience alongside the Q-Processing specialist and international cupper, Hernando Tapzaco, learning methods and discovering new fermentation styles to perfect the profiles and aromas of our specialty coffee.
